Volunteering

Thanks for your interest in helping out Megaplex!

Every volunteer is a welcome member of our team. We often need volunteers to help keep things running smoothly throughout the convention, as well as WEDNESDAY/Thursday before the con when we unload our truck and setup, and after the con with teardown.

Along with the warm fuzzy feeling that comes with helping, we also offer an incentive to all volunteers. For each hour of your time, you earn a credit, 1/8th the cost of an Attendee Registration, toward your registration the following year, up to a free attendee registration! As a bonus, time volunteering for setup before the con or teardown after the con counts as double.

Please note that the Volunteer Hour Credit has no cash value.
